Who can participate in the All India Corporate Photography Contest ?

The contest is open to all the employees of the registered companies in the All India Corporate Photography Contest 2017. For registering your company please message us in the contact page.

Is there a size limit to my file uploaded ? How Many photos can I upload ?

The Size limit is 10 MB for faster uploads reduce the file size to below 4MB . You can upload total upto 5 photographs.

Minimum DPI Required? How to know DPI?

The Minimum DPI required is 150DPI. To know your DPI of your photo go to Photo > Right Click > Properties> Details: Image. View Resolution. ( Excluded for Mobile Photography Category ) In Case your DPI is less but the photos are clear and sharp with good resolution for printing we can still shortlist

Will you accept photos with Watermarks & Frames ?

Photos with Frames and Watermarks are not allowed in the contest

Can I participate if I had been a Prize Winner or an exhibitor of pervious years Corporate Photography Contest?

Yes you can enter the contest again, with new photos in this edition

Can I submit a photograph, which has already won a contest ?

Photographs that have won other contests, either online or in print, are not eligible for submission. We define winning as having won a grand prize and having won 1st, 2nd or 3rd place overall. Works that have won prizes in other contests or that have been submitted to other contests currently underway are not eligible.

Is photo manipulation or editing allowed?

Minor adjustments, including sharpening, contrast, exposure and slight color adjustment or the digital equivalents, are acceptable for all categories. If our judges see that the photographer has obviously altered a photo, they have the right to disqualify it or move it to the Altered Images category. HDR Images are not allowed.

Can I submit a photograph through mail or through Corporate Photography Contest FB Page?

The Corporate photography Contest website is the only way to upload your photos, we will not encourage sending us photos through other sources.

Will you change the category if you think I select my photograph into the wrong one?

No we will not change the category, read our page know our categories for more information on this.

When and how are the results announced?

The results will be announced on 10th May and also on our facebook page. The certificates will be handed over to the HR team or the employee engagement team of your company

Who are eligible to receive certificates and how will I receive it?

All exhibited photographs will receive certificates. Certificates will be handed over to respective company HR's after the exhibition.

Did not vote on my photo , but coming already Voted

The reason is the IP address has been used earlier for voting for the same photograph. In offices many computers are linked with 1 IP address and hence you would see this message.

Voting Winning Criteria

Only 3 photos who have maximum votes fall in the Voting criteria All exhibited photos will be selected by curators & Judges ( Voting does not count) All 6 Category winners will be selected by judges ( Voting does not count)
